I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding effort that George has put into sorting our customs paperwork, for a shipment to Ukraine, over the past week. George picked up our query and was instantly informative and helpful. He was a joy to speak to on the phone, so friendly and cheerful, and knowing that I knew nothing about shipping, he led me through the process explaining what we needed and how it all worked.

We came to him last Thursday saying we needed all the paperwork completed by close Monday and he delivered on that. Nothing was too much effort, nothing was a stupid query, he just made the process so easy. I can safely say your company will be our “go to” for future shipments.

I look forward to dealing with George and your company in the New Year.
